Thanks for stopping by our blog and reading our first official post! We are really excited to have launched our brand new website for all to see, after a lot of hard work and dedication we can finally share with you all. We decided it would be a great idea to run this blog as a supplement to the main site, and over time, we plan on bringing you lots of interesting lobster related reads along with any upcoming lobster related events going on around the country.

Before we get started, I really wanted to take the opportunity to properly introduce us; to give you a little insight into who we are. Here at D Vein Company, we specialize in designing and making products for all lobster species. Our very first product to hit the market is the ‘D Vein Lobster Tool,’ which we are really proud of; it removes the intestinal tract more efficiently than any other method. Lobsters are similar to shrimp in that they must be de-veined before cooking and eating, so it is one of those necessary processes to endure, and with our new tool, it makes it so much easier. Anyone that catches lobsters, either for personal enjoyment or working in the lobster industry, could surely benefit from this highly effective lobster tool. This is just the first of many products to come, and we hope you come back to see what else we have in store!

We really want to build lasting relationships with our customers, and we are happy to hear any suggestions on what you would like to see here on the blog, so be sure to let us know! What we have found is that those who are unfamiliar with either catching lobsters themselves, or buying them live and preparing them at home, find it quite difficult to make that jump – and we think they are completely missing out! So if you are thinking of doing it yourself and getting out there to catch some lobsters, we say dive in! We have a post coming up that will get beginners started.

Before I go, I would also like to mention that D Vein Company strongly believes in supporting the local community and organizations, and this year we have supported the City of Fort Lauderdale’s ‘Florida Aids Walk’. We will always support the community and foundations that help keep the oceans clean, and we will play our part by donating 10% of net profits at D Vein.

Thanks for reading, and feel free to share with an of your lobster lovin’ friends.
